How does gifting work?

You can gift Nucleus to anyone who lives in one of the supported countries. All you need is their email address to purchase a gift. Once you buy their kit, we'll send them an email at the date and time of your choosing so they can set up their account. We will then ship them their kit.
What's included?

Your gift includes a Nucleus whole-genome DNA kit and one year of membership. You won't be charged when it's time for their membership to renew.
Who can receive my gift?

You can gift Nucleus to anyone who is at least 18 years old with a shipping address in one of the supported countries, and a phone number. Want to send a kit to a loved one outside one of the supported countries? Be the first to know when we launch internationally.
What happens after their first year?

Your gift includes a 1 year membership to Nucleus. After the first year, the recipient of your gift will have the choice to renew their membership and pay for it on their own. You will not be charged for the renewal.
When will my loved one receive their kit?

We'll send them their kit as soon as they setup their account. Shipping typically takes between three and five business days.
