Nucleus uses whole-genome sequencing to analyze your DNA for millions of variants that you may be a carrier for. Being a carrier is quite common; however, if you and your partner are both carriers for the same disease, your kids may be at higher risk for the disease.

Once your order the test, your kit will arrive in the mail in 3-5 business days. As soon as you collect your sample, you can mail it to the lab using a pre-paid USPS envelope (included with your purchase). Once at the lab, your sample will be sequenced, processed, and analyzed. This process typically takes 4-6 weeks. You'll get an email as soon as your results are ready.
