Helping people live healthier, longer.
We started Nucleus more than five years ago as a way to bring comprehensive genetic health insights to just about everybody. We've all got DNA, and DNA is the foundation of our health. We're building towards a world where no lives are taken by preventable diseases.

How is Nucleus different than 23andMe?
add
Most genetic tests look at only a tiny fraction of your DNA — less than 0.1%. This means critical health insights are missed.
That’s why Nucleus sequences your entire genome — all 6 billion letters — so you can mitigate more diseases, make healthier decisions, and live with confidence.
How accurate is Nucleus?
add
Our whole-genome DNA sequencing is more than 99.9% accurate. From research to testing, we go above and beyond industry standards to bring you safe and accurate results.
While your DNA doesn’t change (it’s yours for life!), your Nucleus results can. Genetic research is always improving, so we constantly update your health results to give you the most accurate read on your health.
How do I get my results and how long does it take?
add
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email from Nucleus with order details and shipping information.
Once you receive your DNA test kit, you’ll be able to take your DNA sample — a simple swab of your cheek — in a matter of minutes. As soon as you’re done, you can ship your sample to our lab using our prepaid USPS shipping label.
When your results are ready, you’ll receive an email notification. Log in to Nucleus on your phone or computer to explore your unique health insights.
How does DNA testing work?
add
Nucleus’ whole-genome test analyzes your DNA for millions of variants that can impact your disease risks. The variants are then classified and interpreted using a combination of new genetic analysis models, public and private databases, and variant interpretation guidelines from nationally recognized genetics associations, such as the American College of Medical Genetics.
Why is there a membership fee?
