Yes. IVF+ supports a range of paths to parenthood, including working with egg or sperm donors—whether known or anonymous.

We work with several clinics within our IVF+ clinic network, which is rapidly expanding. These include Beverly Hills Fertility, Neway Fertility in New York, CdelaF in Mexico, Shmaisani Fertility Center in Jordan, and 160+ clinics in India with Indira Fertility Center.
What is Nucleus Health?

Health is a whole-genome test that analyzes your DNA for 2000+ genetic risks, from cancers to heart disease, so you can better understand your own health – all through a simple at-home cheek swab. Find all the conditions we screen for here.
You’ll also receive insights into what your DNA means in the context of your family, including hereditary conditions and traits that could be passed on to future children.
What’s included?

Your Health kit includes two cheek swabs, a collection tube, a prepaid return envelope (so you don’t have to pay to send your sample to the lab), and clear instructions on how to do the test.
How is this different from Nucleus Preview?

Preview simulates your future child by pairing your genetics with a partner, whereas Health helps you understand your individual health. Both leverage thousands of genetic insights to help build healthier, longer lives.
What will my results tell me?

Nucleus Health provides genetic analysis for 2,000+ diseases that you may be at risk for. Your results then include personalized health insights, including how your DNA combines with lifestyle factors to influence disease risk.
Is Health available internationally?

Shipping is available for certain Nucleus products to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, India, and the United Arab Emirates.

Is Health eligible for HSA/FSA?

Yes, Nucleus is HSA/FSA eligible.
To participate, either:
1. Purchase Nucleus with your HSA/FSA card (recommended).
2. Use your invoice (emailed to you after purchase) to request reimbursement.
Nucleus does not provide a Tax ID number, medical diagnosis, diagnostic codes, or letters of medical necessity. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. Please contact your HSA/FSA provider in advance to confirm terms of reimbursement.
Can I download my DNA?

Yes. You can download your DNA data from your Account settings page or by selecting "Downloads" from the dropdown menu. You’ll have the option to download your whole genome as VCF, CRAM, SV, CNV, or FASTQ file types. In addition, you can download your whole genome formatted for upload to sites like Promethease or GEDmatch.
