Theres something inherently human about putting physicians at the center of the campaign. For all the conversation about the technology itself, these are ultimately deeply personal decisions made by patients with their doctors.

The campaign features more than a dozen IVF clinicians working at practices that perform 50,000+ IVF cycles annually worldwide. Nucleus has worked with patients at over 30 clinics across the United States and is being deployed in 165+ clinics globally. The participating fertility providers are united around a central principle: empowering patients to make thoughtful decisions about their future baby based on their family history and values.

Across New York today, youll see four words: Have Your Best Baby. Theyre meant to spark something curiosity, a pause, a question. Genetics has quietly reshaped whats possible for families, and almost no one knows.

This campaign is about closing that gap. Every family deserves to know these tools exist, that theyre safe, and that they can help people make more thoughtful decisions about their future child. Not every parent will want to use them, and thats okay. Everyone deserves to know.

“Like any medical technology, polygenic embryo testing on its own is merely a powerful tool; it can meaningfully lower a family’s risk for certain complex diseases, but only when used thoughtfully and within its real limitations. My job as a fertility specialist is to guide patients through what it can and can’t tell them, so they can make informed, values-aligned decisions for their families.”
